How to Delete a Certificate

This article explains how to remove a certificate from a personnel profile.

1. From the main menu in Cerely, select Personnel

2. Locate and select the employee whose certificate you want to delete

3. From the left-hand side menu within the employee profile, select Qualifications & Experience

4. At the top of the screen, select Certificates from the menu

5. Find the certificate you want to remove in the list

6. Click the Delete icon next to the certificate

7. When prompted, confirm that you want to delete the certificate

Important

Once deleted, the certificate is removed immediately. If the certificate is required for specific sites or roles, the employee may no longer be eligible to be rostered until a valid certificate is added.
