1. From the home screen in Cerely, click on the Site tab from the Cerely top main menu
2. Select the Site you would like to add a Site SOP to from the list
3. From the left-hand menu, click on the Site Licence & Qualifications tab
4. From the top menu, select Site Brief
5. Click on the Add Brief button
6. Enter the Site Brief details
Complete the following fields:

Site Brief Heading – Enter the title or heading for the Site Brief

Description – Enter the Site Brief instructions or information

Roles – Select the role or multiple roles the Site Brief applies to
Important: The selected roles must match the role associated with the shift or work being performed as per the roster.
Within the Description field, you can also:
- Add phone numbers, which will automatically become clickable on mobile devices, allowing personnel to call directly from the Cerely Personnel App.
- Insert hyperlinks to external websites, documents, procedures, maps, or other resources.
- Upload supporting documents and files using the Attachments option
How to Add Hyperlinks
1. Highlight the text in the Description field that you would like to become a hyperlink
2. Click the Link icon displayed in the text editor toolbar
3. The selected text will automatically populate the Link Text field. You can edit this text if required
4. Paste the destination website address into the URL field.
5. If required, select Open in New Tab. This setting applies when administrators open the Site Brief from the desktop application
6. Click Apply
The selected text will now become a clickable hyperlink for personnel viewing the Site Brief in the Cerely Personnel App.
7. Click on the Save button
The Site Brief will now be available for the selected Site and relevant roles when personnel clock in through the Cerely Personnel App.
