How to Add Employee Work Eligibility

This article explains how to add and manage an employee’s work eligibility details in Cerely. Recording work eligibility helps ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

1. From the home screen in Cerely, click on the Personnel tab from the Cerely top main menu



2. Locate and select the employee whose whose work eligibility you want to add


3. From the left-hand side menu within the employee profile, select Work Eligibility 


 

4. On the right-hand side, select + Add Visa to create a new work eligibility entry

5. In the pop-up window, complete the following fields:

  • Visa Type – Select the applicable visa type from the dropdown menu

  • Visa Number – Enter the visa reference number

  • Expiry Date – Select the visa expiry date

  • Enforce Expiry – Enable this option to prevent the employee from being rostered to sites once the visa has expired

  • Maximum Hours – Select the applicable period (Weekly or Fortnightly) and enter the maximum hours permitted

  • Attachments – Upload a file or copy of the visa document



6. Once all details have been entered, select Save
